Breakfast at 7 am for the richest espresso and quirky maduros on a yogurt bed with berries and mint, plus a platter of chilaquiles—what a way to kick off the day! The experience was so good that we skipped lunch, only to return for an early dinner at 6 pm. Another round of bests awaited us—house-made margaritas that are unforgettable, a trio of apps (bone marrow, mushroom tacos, golden beet salad), and a shared overstuffed chile relleno. So much goodness that we even skipped dessert—saving it for the next visit! Kudos to the fantastic servers who truly know and adore the food, making every bite a delight.

Step into one of the most enchanting restaurants in San Antonio! Even though Cuban cuisine wasn’t in my culinary dictionary, everything we tried was pure magic! The fish with pea-rice and the eggplant rellano with grilled shrimp on the side were exquisite. Oh, and don’t get me started on the margaritas—they’re a work of art! Counting down the days until we dive into their brunch experience. What a wonderful culinary journey at Ocho restaurant!

This restaurant has that perfect Parisian bistro charm, but with a Texan twist. It’s like a little piece of Paris right here in Texas! The food is consistently fabulous, with the menu playing a delightful game of change-up. Pro tip: make reservations and keep your group cozy.
